The Leadership Meeting was attended by all members of IPM East Java and its affiliated institutions, serving as the first meeting agenda post-inauguration in February.

On the first day, the atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm as members introduced themselves. Subsequently, there were presentations of work programs in each field, filled with innovations and updates in line with the direction of the “Madani Era” movement as a continuation of the “Madani House”.

Discussions on work programs in each field resulted in strategic plans to make the first day a highly productive start.

Not only focusing on formal discussions, but the second day was filled with activities emphasizing unity and building chemistry among members through outbound activities.

Various outbound and games were organized to enhance camaraderie, creating a more relaxed yet memorable atmosphere.

Through these activities, a stronger bond was formed among members, strengthening interpersonal relationships that will support future collective performance.

The entire event served not only as a platform for discussion and planning but also as an opportunity to strengthen solidarity and a sense of togetherness in facing the new period of IPM East Java.

The attending members felt inspired and enthusiastic about realizing the organization’s vision and mission with dedication and strong collaboration.

With the various contributions resulting from this meeting, IPM East Java is ready to face the challenges of the current era.
